This day gives us a message to protect our precious digital documents as we become more dependent on technology.

‘International Transgender Day of Visibility’ is celebrated to raise awareness about the discrimination faced by transgender people.

The day is observed as International Day of Drug Checking since 31 March 2017 to educate people about drugs and their effects.

The day aims to promote drug harm reduction initiatives and reduce drug-related risks.

Answer. Indian women football team

The Indian women’s team has been the winner of the third edition of the SAFF U-18 Women’s Football Championship.
The 2022 edition of the international football competition for the women’s under-18 national teams was held at JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur in Jharkhand.

  • Olympic silver medalist weightlifter, Mirabai Chanu won the third edition of BBC Indian Sportswoman of the Year Award 2021.
  • The BBC Emerging Player award was presented to 18-year-old cricketer Shafali Verma, who is playing in the recent Women’s World Cup in New Zealand.

  • The ‘Jingkieng Jri or Living Root Bridge’, a natural bridge built by people in more than 70 villages of Meghalaya, has been included in the tentative list of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Sites .
  • This bridge is one of the examples highlighting the socio-cultural and natural relationship between people and nature.
